Elevated service reservoir (Barangay J.P. Laurel)
Added storage in the east zone to stabilize pressure and fire-flow during peak demand in Panabo City.
NRW district metering & leak detection (Pilot)
Bulk metering and night-flow analysis in selected subareas to support PCWD’s loss-reduction plan.
SCADA & central monitoring upgrade
Improved remote visibility of pumps, storage levels, and alarms across critical facilities.
Transmission line works – Daang Maharlika corridor
Laid and tested new transmission segments to support growth along the main highway link.
Laboratory capability & WQ monitoring support
Strengthened sampling routines and recordkeeping aligned with public health requirements.
Customer care system & e-billing (Phase 1)
Faster account updates, digital notices, and clearer billing for delinquent and new accounts.
Pumping station No. 3 – electrical & controls rehab
Replaced switchgear, motor controls, and safety interlocks to improve reliability and staff safety.
Urban core leak-repair and valve exercise program
Coordinated line stops, valve mapping, and repairs to cut visible leakage in the city core.
Eastern zone elevated storage tank (commissioning support)
Commissioning tests, level controls, and operational procedures for a new storage asset.
Public school line extensions (assistance – Batch 2)
Supported safe taps and line upgrades for selected public schools in the district.
Chlorine dosing and chemical handling improvements
Safer day tanks, alarms, and operating procedures for consistent free-chlorine residual.
Handwashing tap stands (community response program)
Temporary or semi-fixed tap points for public hand hygiene during health emergencies.
Intake and raw water conveyance rehabilitation
Civil and mechanical work to protect intake structure and improve raw water delivery to treatment.
GIS base map and critical asset mapping
Digitized main lines, facilities, and valves to support planning, flushing, and isolation.
Line extension & HDPE in New Visayas area
Extended service to new households and businesses with quality-assured materials.
Fire hydrant network (central business area)
Strategic hydrants, spacing, and as-built records shared with the local BFP for compliance.
Source protection markers and boundary signage
Fencing, signage, and community briefings to reduce contamination risks near the source area.
Bulk/commercial master meter rollout (Phase 1)
Metering strategy for high-use accounts to support fair cost recovery and auditability.
Aging main replacement – selected cast-iron lines
Targeted open-cut and tie-ins to cut breaks and water loss on high-risk older pipes.
Pressure reducing valve (PRV) district pilot
Installed PRVs in a pilot zone to reduce excess pressure, leaks, and customer complaints.
Office annex & materials storage yard
More secure spares, tools, and PPE storage to speed emergency repairs and O&M work.
New connections blitz and application streamlining
Shortened clearances for standard residential taps where mains capacity allowed.
